Àü ¼¼°èÀÇ 300°³ ÀÌ»óÀÇ ½Ã¹Î´Üü¿Í °³º° È°µ¿°¡µéÀ» ´ëÇ¥Çؼ, ICNK (ºÏÇѹÝÀεµ¹üÁËöÆó±¹Á¦¿¬´ë)¸¦ ºñ·ÔÇØ 22°³±¹ÀÇ ºñÁ¤ºÎ±â±¸¿Í ¿¬´ë ±×¸®°í °³º° Àλçµé, ÃÑ 77 °÷Àº ÃÖ±Ù Çѱ¹Á¤ºÎÀÇ ¸î °¡Áö °áÁ¤µéÀº ºÏÇÑÁֹεéÀÇ Àαǰ³¼±À» À§ÇØ ¾Ö¾²´ø Áö³ ¸î ³â°£ÀÇ ³ë·ÂÀ» Àú¹ö¸®´Â °á°ú¸¦ ³º¾Ò´Ù°í ÁöÀûÇß½À´Ï´Ù.
ÈÞ¸Õ¶óÀÌÃ÷¿öÄ¡ÀÇ ÇÊ ·Î¹öÆ®½¼ ¾Æ½Ã¾Æ ºÎ´ëÇ¥´Â ¡°¹®ÀçÀÎ ´ëÅë·É°ú Çѱ¹Á¤ºÎ´Â ±èÁ¤ÀºÀ» ´Þ·¡¸ç ºÏÇÑ´ç±¹°ú °ü°è°³¼±À» À§Çؼ À߸øµÈ ³ë·ÂÀ» ÇÔÀ¸·Î½á ºÏÇÑÀÇ ½É°¢ÇÑ ÀαÇÀ¯¸°À» ¹«½ÃÇÏ°í ÀÖ´Ù¡±°í ¸»Çß½À´Ï´Ù. ¶Ç ¡°¹® ´ëÅë·ÉÀº ÀÌ È¥¶õ½º·± Á¤Ã¥À» ÀçÆò°¡ÇÏ°í ³Ê¹« ´Ê¾îÁö±â Àü¿¡ ÀαÇÁ¤Ã¥ÀÇ ¹æÇâÀ» ¼±È¸ÇØ¾ß ÇÑ´Ù¡±°í µ¡ºÙ¿´½À´Ï´Ù.
Áö³ 11¿ù Çѱ¹ Á¤ºÎ´Â ºÏÇÑ ÀαǻóȲÀ» ºñÆÇÇÏ´Â À¯¿£ ÃÑȸÀÇ ¿¬·Ê ºÏÇÑÀ뱂 °áÀǾÈÀÇ °øµ¿Á¦¾È±¹¿¡ µ¿ÂüÇÏÁö ¾Ê±â·Î °áÁ¤Çß½À´Ï´Ù. ¶Ç µ¿ÇØ »ó¿¡¼ µ¿·á ¼±¿ø 16¸íÀ» »ìÇØÇÔÀ¸·Î½á ºÏÇÑ¿¡¼ »ìÀÎÇøÀÇ¿¡ Á÷¸éÇÏ°Ô µÈ ºÏÇÑ ¾î¹Î 2¸íÀ» Çѱ¹Á¤ºÎ´Â µÇµ¹·Á º¸³Â½À´Ï´Ù. Çѱ¹¿¡¼ ¹üÁË ÇøÀÇÀÚÀÇ ºÏÇÑ Ãß¹æÀº ¿¹»óÇÏÁö ¸øÇÑ °ÍÀ¸·Î ±âÁ¸ÀÇ °üÇà¿¡¼ ¹þ¾î³ Ãæ°ÝÀûÀÎ ÀÏÅ»À̶ó°í ICNK´Â ¹àÇû½À´Ï´Ù. ºÏÇÑ¿¡¼ µÎ ¸íÀÇ ¾î¹ÎÀº ±¸±Ý ½Ã °í¹®°ú ÀÚÀ¯·Ó°í °øÁ¤ÇÑ ÀçÆÇÀÌ º¸ÀåµÇÁö ¾Ê´Â »óȲ¿¡ óÇÒ °¡´É¼ºÀÌ ³ô¾Æ ½É°¢ÇÑ ¿ì·Á°¡ ÀÏ°í ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù.
