Situation of human rights in the Democratic People’s Republic ofKorea
The General Assembly, Reaffirming that all States have an obligation to respect, protect and fulfil human rights and fundamental freedoms and to fulfil the obligations that they have undertaken under the various international instruments,
Recalling all previous resolutions adopted by the General Assembly, the Commission on Human Rights and the Human Rights Council on the situation of human rights in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, including Assembly resolution of 15 December 2022 and Council resolution of 4 April 2023,1and mindful of the need for the international community to strengthen its coordinated efforts aimed at achieving the implementation of those resolutions ......
