On the 6th of October, NO FENCE sent the letters (Japanese and Korean version) to the General Association of Korean Residents (Chongryon, North Korea's de facto embassy) in Japan (addressed to the chairman Mr. So Man-sul), 48 prefectural and regional head offices and branches throughout Japan and 64 Korean schools across Japan (addressed to faculty staffs).
At the same time, we sent an email to more than 40 Japanese news media and 30 human rights related groups to announce this campaign.
