Dr. Oh was in Washington D.C. today, taking part in the International Parliamentarians' Coalition for North Korean Refugees and Human Rights. He is seeking to raise awareness, and enlist the help of legislators from around the world in his attempt to free his wife and daughters from their North Korean prison.
