The second event of HRNK’s new Author Speaker Series was moderated by Executive Director Greg Scarlatoiu. A conversation with Dr. Stephan Haggard and Dr. Marcus Noland on famine and food security in North Korea. These distinguished speakers are the two authors of HRNK’s 2005 report, “Hunger and Human Rights.”
