A UN committee on Monday approved a draft resolution on North Korea's human rights situation with stronger and more concrete wording than last year's. The UN General Assembly Third Committee, which deals with human rights, put the draft resolution to a vote at the UN headquarters in New York and approved it by a vote of 112 in favor to 16 against, with 55 abstentions.
