On the 29th, Yonhap News delivered the news that 'Jindale Safarini,' the daughter of the former Palestinian Ambassador to North Korea, Mustafa Al Safarini, and Kim Jong Il's foster daughter, established  a foundation for North Korean children.

While residing in North Korea, Safarini and his wife had a tough time with having a baby, so Kim Jong Il helped them to get medical treatment and bear a child in North Korea's best maternity hospital. For that help, Kim Jong Il gave the baby's name, 'Jindale.'

According to the Korean Central News Agency, the "Establishment ceremony of Jindale Children Foundation and donations were held in Pyongyang People's Palace of Culture on the 29th" and delegates of the establishment and diplomatic delegations from various countries also attended this ceremony.
