According to Radio Free Asia, North Korea will open a power plant, which was constructed by the international civil organization, Green Tree Charity Foundation, in July.

The president of the Green Tree Charity Foundation, Young Soon Shin, recently visited North Korea and did final check-ups. This plant will produce electricity from the suns rays. The president said that about 10 to 12 disabled citizens will work in this plant. Since North Korea is struggling with electricity shortage these days, this plant will be very helpful to the people.
