According to Radio Free Asia, the North Korean authorities took wages from laborers who worked abroad to repair Mt. Keumsoo Memorial Palace, in which Kim Il Sungs and Kim Jong Ils corpses are placed.

According to one Pyongyang citizen, North Korean laborers, who were sent to China and Russia for work, are working overtime and their payments are being delayed. Although the North Korean authorities state that laborers who work abroad will be paid well, the reality is totally different. Thus, many North Korean people have started to complain and say that the regime took those laborers money to build amusement parks and to repair the palace.
