Recently, Kim Jong Eun visited a construction site where apartments for scientists of Kim Il Sung University are being built.

 

The Chosun Central News Agency reported that the scientists’ apartments, which consist of one building with 44 floors and one building with 36 floors , are under construction and that these are Kim Jong Eun’s gift for scientists at Kim Il Sung University. Kim Jong Eun ordered accommodation and television be provided for these apartments. Also, Kim Jong Eun ordered apartments be built for the scientists of Kim Chaek University. Construction of those apartments is set to begin next year. He further promised that he would build apartments and rest centers for scientist in the Pyongsung and Yeonpung-ho regions. This activity indicates that Kim Jong Eun is following an ideology focused on science as he appears to be treating scientists preferentially.
