A number of begging children are increasing at Pyongyang Station, Radio Free Asia (RFA) reported. These children beg for money and bus tickets from passengers, a source said.

The children are said to be wearing neat clothes, according to RFAs source. Their begging method has improved - when people dont give them money, they shout at them to embarrass, the source said, adding that since they wear clean clothes, they may have homes and families.

Also, another source affirmatively told RFA that there is a leader behind them – so, the leader evaluates them and even takes care of their clothing. The begging children group is active on systematic basis, the source added.
