U.S. Aid Organization Sends Nutritious Rice to NK

For the past seven years, the international food aid organization, Feed My Starving Children (FMSC), has been sending nutritious rice to the North Korean people, who continue to suffer from malnutrition. The organization announced that it will continue this aid next year also.
 
Holly Donato, Communications Manager at FMSC, said that this nutritious rice is composed of 30 ingredients that can help people recover their health, and that the annual amount of aid is approximately $1 million. This nutritious rice is being delivered to children and to facilities for the disabled in North Hwanghae Province, South Pyongan Province, Pyongyang, and other locations.
