The U.N.s special rapporteur on human rights in North Korea claimed that human rights in North Korea and cult of Kim cannot coexist.

80,000 to 100,000 prisoners can be released only after this cult leadership system is completely dismantled., said Marzuki Darusman, the U.N.s special rapporteur on human rights in North Korea, in an interview with The Associated Press on February 2nd.

While criticizing UNs rhetorical exercises on improvement of North Koreas human rights, he claimed that the resolution calling for the Security Council to consider referring Pyongyang to the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity is such an eye-opening progress for international community.
