On April 5th, Japanese ICNK member groups held a press conference along with Ben Rogers of Christian Solidarity Worldwide to discuss the issue of forced North Korean abductions and how a Commission Of Inquiry can solve North Korea human rights issues.

The group has submitted a petition for Susumu Fajita to the United Nations Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearance, asking them to look into his case. Susumu Fajita was abducted from Saitama Prefecture in 1976.
