"Strict Security gets stricter at rare North Korean Congress"

Security had drastically increased before North Korean Workers' Party Congress, which will be the first one held since 1980 before Kim Jung Un was born. On average, it took 3-4 hours for journalists who were permitted to the event to enter, and went through an intense screening process for concealed wireless devices, mobile phones, and other things deemed a threat by security. According to reports, Pyongyang was placed under lock down with members of the Young Red Guards (student militia groups) stood watch at key sections in the south of the City."
